Weavers House

The project comprises the extension and comprehensive refurbishment of three adjoining early 18th-century Grade II listed buildings, one of which had been subject to a 1960s addition. Works involved the careful adaptation of the historic fabric to create a new home for a leading visual effects company, incorporating offices, reception, lobby spaces, and an enclosed courtyard. The scheme balances heritage conservation with the integration of contemporary building services. P3R designed low carbon systems including air source heat pumps, heat recovery ventilation, and LED lighting with automatic occupancy controls.
