Refurbishment and extension of a Grade II* Listed office building in Bloomsbury, which was once the home of Benjamin Disraeli. Existing gas boilers were removed and a VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system provides low carbon heating as well as cooling. Services were carefully coordinated within the listed fabric of the building.
