The headquarters for Greenfields Community Housing combines office functions with community rooms and meeting spaces. The sustainability strategy achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating and combined natural ventilation, ground source heat pumps, and exposed concrete soffits that provide thermal mass to moderate indoor climate.
