A 3-storey extension above an existing ground floor retail unit on the busy Kings Road in Chelsea. On the first floor are air conditioned offices, with 5 apartments on the upper floors heated by air source heat pumps. Solar PV panels on the roof ensure that the building generates 20% of its energy using renewable technologies.
