Old Queen Street

Two late-19th Century buildings were connected and renovated into a mixed-use site for UnHerd Media. The site now contains The Old Queen Street Café restaurant, members room, events space, offices and media suite. P3R designed a completely new M&E services strategy, which included VRF heating and cooling, alongside mechanical heat recovery ventilation. Low energy lighting has been provided throughout and the commercial kitchen in the basement has full mechanical ventilation.
